Monument postcards count as freeplay events therefore will show up on your map as white dots once you purchase the area maps from a weapons smuggler, the maps are located under the footprint tab of the weapons smuggler menu and cost 200 contraband each.
Hell on Wheels
You acheived victory in all freeplay races.
There are a total of 3 country races. I used the Aurora to win them all. A handy tip is to unlock the Aurora Nitrous upgrade to make it slightly easier however it is not needed to win.
Weapon Master
You purchased all weapons available in the shops.
Weapons can only be purchased from a weapons smuggler. As the story progresses you will unlock better more expensive guns. Once you've purchased a weapon it can be re-equipped from any weapon smuggler at any time.
Solid Gold
You completed all gold level perks.
Perks can be viewed on the start menu and have a task that needs to be completed to aqquire the next level (Bronze, Silver, Gold) upgrade, there are 10 perks which will all need to be ugraded 3 times in order to get this trophy.
You can buy one silver and one gold perk from a weapons smuggler and I highly recommend that you use both of them on the 'Mechanics' perk as it saves you the trouble of collecting each different car in the game.
Saint Honore
You spent 75,000 contraband.
Once you've purchased everything from the weapons smugglers you will only be around half way to spending 75,000 contraband, so the only way you can get this trophy is to keep buying ammo.
The quickest way to do this earn this is to equip both the 'Siegfaust Mk2' and the 'Panzershrek', waste the ammo, buy more, waste it, buy more etc....it will cost you 300 contraband each time you buy ammo and this way you can spend 10,000 contraband in around 15 minutes.
Another useful tip is to not worry about preserving ammo during the story as the more you use the more you will have to buy, so you'll be closer to the 75,000 goal.
Demolition Derby
You destroyed 50 vehicles.
You'll probably earn this buy just playing the game but if not just plant either dynamite or RDX on a car and run, or equip one of the rocket launchers and shoot every car you see.
Fender Bender
You crashed Dierker's car.

Top o' the World
You climbed to the top of the Eiffel Tower.
You don't have to literally 'climb' the Eiffel Tower, you just have to get to the very top, to do that take all 3 lifts and then use the stairs and ladders until you reach the top view point. It is possible to literally climb the Eiffel Tower though incase for some reason you'd prefer to do that.
Liberator of France
You inspired the people of France.
To get this you have to complete all of the story missions and country races. It is possible to complete the game without finishing all of the story missions so if after the credits roll you don't get the trophy then don't worry, just check your map and you should see a mission icon somewhere.
Silent Death
You stealth killed 50 or more Nazis.
To perform a stealth kill creep up behind a Nazi using and then when prompted press either or . Simply repeat this 50 times to any Nazi.
Northern Command
You inspired the people of Paris Area 1.
Bring the colour back to Paris Area 1. This is story related, can't be missed.

You have to smoke 100 cigarettes for this. To smoke a cigarette either stand still for a while and Sean will automatically start smoking, or press while standing still to make Sean smoke. I recommend smoking a few inbetween doing freeplay events as it saves you the boredom of standing in one spot smoking 100 cigarettes for quite a while.

To kiss a woman you must first set off the alarm as they are classed as a hiding space, once the alarm sounds approach them and press to kiss them. You can kiss the same woman 50 times for the trophy so once you find one just keep setting off the alarm and then kissing her until you get the trophy.

This is by far the most time consuming part of the game.
Ambient freeplay events will show up as white dots on the map once you purchase the area maps from a weapons smuggler. There are over 1300 freeplay events that need to be completed. These range from blowing something up, to collecting a monument postcard.
The way I did all of these was to do section by section e.g Le Havre then Eiffel. This way you will not be left with a few random freeplay events scattered across the map.
As you can only carry 16 dynamite and 16 RDX at a time its useful to remember that some freeplay events, such as propaganda speakers can be destroyed by crashing into it using a car or by shooting the speakers. Contraband crates can also be destroyed this way and it sometimes saves you the effort of climbing across several roof tops to kick it.
*IMPORTANT* Remember to make regular saves while doing this as there is a chance that the game wil freeze and you will lose all of your progress since your last save. And believe me it's annoying. *IMPORTANT*
Pigeon Parfait
You played 'Bird Blast.'
'Bird Blast' is located in Champague Ardenne and will appear on your map as a bird icon when you are near it. To play it approach the little fench and press . Note that you don't actually have to do well at it to get the trophy, you just have to play one round which takes around 30 seconds.
No Witnesses
You completed a mission without raising the alarm.

Master of Disguise
You made it through a story mission with your disguise intact.
You may get this and No Witnesses while just playing the story however the easiest way to get them both is by doing a country race as they are counted as story missions. Remember, in order to get this trophy you must be wearing a disguise when you start a mission so make sure you get one before accepting a mission.
Trick or Treat
You stealth killed a Nazi General while disguised.
Nazi Generals show up on the map as freeplay events, to get this you must first get yourself a disguise by killing a Nazi using melee attacks only and then hold while standing over his body. To spot a Nazi General look for 3 things:
1 - A white dot on the map
2 - A suspicious zone
3 - A man in a shiny black trench coat with two guards standing behind him
You must first stealth kill both of his guards by holding to sneak up behind them and pressing either or when prompted. Hopefully the General will not have noticed so you can then do the same to stealth kill him.
If you fail to stealth kill him then don't worry as there are many other Nazi Generals dotted around the map so you will get another chance.
High Diver
You jumped from the Eiffel Tower and survived.
To do this you do not have to go all the way to the top of the Eiffel Tower although you can if you want but I personally find it harder and normally splat on the ground.
The way I did it was to go to the platform that the 3rd lift takes you to, then go to the west side of this platform, take a running jump and glide down hopefully landing in the huge pond at the bottom.

In order to get this you must save 40 French civillians from being killed by the nazis. The video below shows how to spot when a Nazi is going to kill a civillian, the best location to find it happen and how to stop it.
