Say 1 million people are registered online.
To get weekly honor rank #1, you have to be in the top 10% of the weekly leaderboard. This is for the top 100,000.
To get weekly honor rank #2, you have to be in the top 8% of the weekly leaderboard. This is for the top 80,000.
To get weekly honor rank #3, you have to be in the top 5% of the weekly leaderboard. This is for the top 50,000.
To get weekly honor rank #4, you have to be in the top 1% of the weekly leaderboard. This is for the top 10,000.
Leaderboard ranks are determined by the number of points you have. You get points by killing people, eliminating assassination targets, surviving assassinations, delivering the propaganda speaker (flag), destroying objectives, reviving people.
