GuNka's little shop mission!

Subject: GuNka's little shop mission! Sat Jan 24, 2009 4:19 am

As a small part of my new year keep fit bit I decide to cycle to the shop for some fags Laughing

The start was easy straight down hill 0.4 miles covered in 5 mins bounce

this was easy Very Happy

Then came the hill climb, dropped down to the easy gears sat in the saddle and legs whizzing away franticaly I ascended up. This lasted for about 3 mins before the lack of oxygen told me I had to stop Embarassed

Now do not get me wrong this is a damn steep hill, felt like Mount Everest but eventialy I did make it to the local shop.

Then I had to get back

had to set the pace to turtle speed, slowly but surely I got back home.

After all that and nearly passing out on the way back 1 hour later I feel a sense of achievement similair to getting top score on HQ on COD5 lol!
